About this role

The Digital Health Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and administering Trust-wide clinical applications, ensuring systems are configured, maintained, and optimised to meet the needs of clinical services. The role requires experience in system administration, user support, and incident management within an ITIL framework, alongside a strong understanding of clinical workflows and digital healthcare systems. The post holder investigates and resolves user issues, supports system changes and improvements, contributes to process mapping and business analysis activities, and assists in training and onboarding users. This is a specialist digital role requiring both technical and analytical capability, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to contribute to service improvement and system reliability in a complex healthcare environment.
