Finance Assistant (Apprenticeship scheme)

Bow Arts are seeking a Finance Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support the delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and responsive finance service across the organisation. Working within the Core Services team, you will support the Finance Manager and help ensure that day-to-day financial processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with established procedures.

This is a varied and hands-on role, offering experience across accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and general finance administration. You will be involved in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting stakeholders with queries, and contributing to the effective running of the finance function.

As an apprenticeship role, this is an opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining practical, real-world experience alongside a recognised qualification. You will develop key skills in finance systems, organisation, and data accuracy, building a strong foundation for a career in accounting.
