About this role
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. You will help with meal preparation, medication prompting or administration where trained, shopping, light household duties, and maintaining a safe living environment.
You will provide companionship and emotional support, helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities also include following individual care plans, monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and wellbeing, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality policies.
The successful candidate will be caring, patient, and committed to delivering person-centred care. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
