About this role

Personal Assistant and Cleaner/Carer Opportunities

Fulham, SW6 (On-Site)

We are seeking one or two reliable, trustworthy, and compassionate individuals to support a disabled client based in Fulham, SW6.

We currently have vacancies for

  • Personal Assistant (up to 16 hours per week)
  • Cleaner/Carer (up to 16 hours per week)

These are employed, part-time positions with opportunities for additional hours when available.

About You

  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Have a good standard of spoken and written English
  • Be flexible and responsive to changing needs and circumstances

  • Demonstrate a caring, respectful, and professional approach to supporting others

Additional Requirement for Personal Assistant Applicants

Applicants for the Personal Assistant role must be confident and competent in using online selling platforms, social media marketplaces, and associated digital tools.

Personal Assistant

Up to 16 Hours per Week

Working Pattern

Various days Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Duties Include

  • Decluttering and organising the home environment
  • Meal preparation
  • Assisting with administration and correspondence
  • Supporting shopping tasks and running errands
  • Photographing items for sale
  • Creating, managing, and monitoring online sales listings
  • Assisting with the preparation for, and attendance at, car boot sales (typically one or two Sundays per month)

Cleaner/Carer

Up to 16 Hours per Week

Working Pattern

Various days Monday to Friday.

Duties Include

  • General cleaning and housekeeping
  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
  • Laundry and ironing
  • Shopping and running errands
  • Decluttering and organising
  • Meal preparation
  • Assisting with medication management and reminders
  • Providing personal care support, including intimate care where required

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role and/or relevant qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

We welcome applications from candidates who demonstrate the right qualities, attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Experience supporting disabled individuals or people with care needs is desirable but not essential.

DBS Requirement

A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate is required for both positions.

Candidates who do not currently hold a valid Enhanced DBS Certificate will have one arranged through an approved provider if successful.

The cost of the DBS check will be deducted from the first wage payment.

Probationary Period

Both roles are subject to a three-month probationary period.
