Castle Hill Primary School is looking for an outstanding Nursery Nurse Level 3 to work in our Castle Tots Provision for children from 3 months to 3 years.

Castle Tots is a private Nursery and part of Castle Hill Academy, a popular two form entry primary school, situated in the Royal Borough of Kingston with excellent transport links. Castle Tots opened in 2017 and received an Ofsted rating of Good in 2020. Practitioners are passionate to provide the best provision possible for our children and are looking for enthusiastic and motivated leaders to join us on our journey.
If you are someone who;
is able to develop fantastic relationships with children, their parents and carers and colleagues,
is enthusiastic, creative and a highly motivated practitioner,
understands all children learn in different ways and how to best support them,
is driven to help all children to reach their individual goals,
ideally has experience of working with SEND children with a wide range of needs,
is committed, flexible and a good team player,
is keen to develop their own expertise, grab opportunities, and share good practice with others,
is innovative and able to think outside of the box,
is organised and able to lead, manage and build on our high performing and dedicated team,
is keen to work alongside a team of highly driven practitioners,
is able to inspire, motivate and challenge others (colleagues and children),
has strong knowledge of the Early Years Framework, Development Matters and Birth to 5,
ideally has some experience of using Makaton,
is an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and humour,
is committed to making a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school, then we are the place you need to be.
