Where You'll Be Based

You’ll be joining Agincare's Head Office team, based in one of our office locations. Your remit will span across Agincare’s diverse business units, offering a unique opportunity to partner with services that truly make a difference in people's lives. With the support of the Head of HR, you'll act as a consultant to the business—enhancing people strategies, supporting managers, and driving cultural initiatives. Using the HR Strategy and Company Business Plan you will ensure the businesses you are responsible for fully embrace the culture and ethos of the company.

As HR Business Partner, you will

  • Provide daily HR guidance and support to line managers
  • Use data and analytics to identify trends and shape decisions
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and support grievance processes
  • Provide coaching and support to managers to increase individual HR expertise, including local and global policy, procedures, legislation and systems.
  • Partner with leadership teams to boost morale, retention, and productivity
  • Drive cultural alignment through proactive people strategies
  • Support manager development and HR process improvement
  • Champion health, wellbeing, and organisational change

This is a hands-on, consultative role that sits at the heart of Agincare’s people you will be responsible for partnering a specific business and travel to sites is essential. You’ll be both a strategic thinker and a practical implementer, helping embed our values in every part of the business.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • A solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (with a willingness to travel)

Desirable

  • A Level 5+ qualification in HR or currently studying towards one
  • Previous experience in Health and Social Care
  • A collaborative team player with a genuine commitment to personal development
