Sherborne PCN Clinical Pharmacist

The skills required for this role include a positive attitude to collaborative working, with a focus on providing the best quality care, timely and effectively. You will possess the ability to deliver complex and sensitive information appropriately to patients, and deliver educational sessions/information to other healthcare professionals. You will be adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, organising workload, and work well as part of a team.
