We're looking for dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Marlborough House St Leonards on sea, supporting residents to live independently while receiving the care and reassurance they need.

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing comfort, reassurance, and practical support throughout the night, helping residents feel safe, valued, and cared for.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities may include

Providing personal care with dignity and respect, including washing, dressing, and continence support

Supporting residents with medication administration

Preparing and serving light meals and refreshments

Carrying out light household duties

Offering companionship, emotional support, and reassurance

Promoting independence and encouraging residents to live life their way

Ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

Shift Pattern

7am-2pm-2pm-10pm

Full-time and part-time positions available

Alternate weekends required

Plus enhanced pay for Bank Holidays.
