Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

HRGO is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Gardener on behalf of our client in Ashford, Kent. This is a practical, outdoor role suited to someone who enjoys working in all weather conditions and takes pride in maintaining high-quality green spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel between various sites across the local area.
• Maintain lawns, flower beds, borders, and communal outdoor areas to a high standard.
• Carry out grass cutting, strimming, edging, and general grounds maintenance duties.
• Plant seasonal displays, remove weeds, and ensure outdoor spaces remain tidy and presentable.
• Safely operate a range of handheld and powered gardening equipment.
• Work effectively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues when required.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures on site.

Skills & Experience Required

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards of work.
