Food and Beverage Supervisor Overview

Working alongside the Restaurant Manager, you will have responsibility for overseeing the food and beverage operation, ensuring our guests enjoy the very best memorable dining experience. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, you will motivate and assist a dedicated team to ensure that high standards are consistently maintained.

Food and Beverage Supervisor Attributes/Experience

  • Previous experience at Supervisory level in hospitality, along with service with a smile.
  • Good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Have a genuine passion for food, wine and people.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests making the Grand Hotel an experience to remember.

The restaurant is open Tuesday – Saturday with normal days off being Sunday/Monday. Please note these sometimes change during holidays. Normal working hours are split shifts, five days a week.
