We're working with a highly innovative, forward-thinking organisation to appoint an experienced Events Coordinator to support a flagship customer experience centre.

The opportunity

You will take ownership of planning, coordinating and delivering a wide range of high-impact events, from executive meetings and showcases through to workshops, demonstrations and partner engagements.

Acting as a key point of contact across the business, you'll ensure every event is delivered seamlessly, on brand and to an exceptional standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver a varied programme of events from concept through to execution and evaluation
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venue set-up, AV, catering, scheduling and attendee experience
  • Work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders and external partners to curate engaging event content
  • Oversee budgets, supplier relationships and procurement to ensure cost-effective delivery
  • Develop detailed event documentation including timelines, run sheets and risk assessments
  • Lead on-site event delivery, confidently managing stakeholders and resolving issues in real time
  • Monitor performance, gather feedback and continuously improve the event experience

About you

  • Proven experience delivering high-quality events for up to 300 attendees
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and supplier relationships
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure in live event environments
  • Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences

Additional information

  • Primarily office-based role with some out-of-hours working required for events
  • Occasional travel within Hampshire
