We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and caring individual to join our team as the Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator

(Customer Experience Lead) This role is all about enriching the lives of the people who live here through meaningful engagement

and fostering a strong sense of community both inside and outside Willow Lodge.

Responsibilities and Duties

Enrichment & Engagement

Plan and organise social events, birthday celebrations, and fundraising activities that bring joy and

fulfilment to our residents.

Community Integration

Foster connections with local schools, churches, and other community organisations to enhance

experiences.

*

Outdoor Activities

Encourage participation in outdoor activities, including gardening and community outings, using our branded

black cab.

Family-Like Atmosphere

Uphold our ‘Ohana’ ethos by ensuring every person feels secure, loved, and part of our extended family.
