Position Summary

As a dedicated Playworker your role is pivotal in providing exemplary wrap-around care services to

children. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that not

only meets but exceeds the needs and expectations of the children in your care.

Key Responsibilities

Wrap-around Care Delivery

● Design and lead diverse activities that promote children's physical, mental, and social

development.

● Ensure children's safety, supervise activities, and address individual needs.

● Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed.

● Foster a sense of community and positive interactions among children.

Relationship Building

● Cultivate strong working relationships with schools, children, and the broader families,

fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Cross-Marketing and Engagement

● Contribute to cross-marketing efforts by promoting holiday camp events and other company

initiatives to the families and children you engage with.

Occupancy and Engagement

● Play a role in driving occupancy rates for the company's programs, ensuring consistent

participation and a positive experience for children and families.

In your role as a Playworker, your commitment to providing high-quality wrap-around care, building

relationships, and contributing to cross-marketing initiatives will significantly impact the success of

WAC. By delivering exceptional care, fostering positive relationships, and actively participating in

occupancy efforts, you will play a crucial part in promoting the company's reputation and impact.
