Join Our Team as a Scheduler – The Heart of the Operation

We’re looking for a Scheduler to sit at the heart of our operations, ensuring the right engineers are in the right place at the right time. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering excellent service to our clients while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll be central to daily operations

What You’ll Be Doing

Planning and coordinating reactive call-outs and scheduled maintenance

Assigning engineers based on skills, availability, and location

Monitoring schedules in real time and adapting to changing priorities

Acting as a key point of contact for technicians, clients, and internal teams

Keeping systems updated with accurate job and resource information

Maximising productivity through effective scheduling and planning

Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or capacity issues

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who

Is highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused

Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Communicates clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders

Stays calm under pressure and makes sound decisions

Works well both independently and as part of a team

Has previous experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination

Experience within a service-led or mechanical and electrical environment, or familiarity with CAFM systems, would be advantageous but not essential.
