Care Group Pharmacist (Women and Newborn)

What Youll Lead & Deliver In this influential role, youll be at the heart of improving medicines use, patient safety and clinical outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include

Developing evidence based treatment guidelines alongside specialist consultants Strengthening interface working with primary care and community partners Reviewing and enhancing maternity PGDs Overseeing high cost and specialist medicines, including homecare and outpatient pathways Expanding the pharmacist prescriber role within Womens Health Providing expert patient and carer education to support safe, confident medicines use Teaching and mentoring pharmacists, students, midwives and wider MDT colleagues Playing an active role within the Division C pharmacy team and the wider pharmacy department Engaging in audit, research and conference presentations________________________________________Who Were Looking For Youll be an enthusiastic, collaborative pharmacist with: A strong commitment to teamwork and excellent communication Experience in Womens Health A passion for service development, innovation and high quality patient care In return, we offer comprehensive training, professional development opportunities and the chance to make a meaningful impact across a diverse and rewarding clinical area.________________________________________Ready to take the next step in your pharmacy career?
