residential care, education and therapy for young males aged 11-18 who have experienced significant trauma and displayed harmful

sexual behaviour. Our work focuses on reducing risk, addressing complex needs and empowering young people to move forward into

safe, responsible and fulfilling adult lives.

What you’ll do as a

Waking Night Worker

* Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing home environment

* Supervise and record movements and activities during the night

* Promote and safeguard the health and wellbeing of each child

* Work in line with risk assessments

* Recognise, respond to and accurately report/record any safeguarding concerns

An NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare is desirable – but if you don’t yet hold this qualification, we will fully fund and

support you to achieve it

You’ll make a great Waking

Night Worker if you are

* Able to remain alert throughout night shifts

* Compassionate, empathetic and reliable

* Resilient and reflective

* Experienced in residential childcare or looking to start a meaningful career supporting young people
