Upon arriving at each car park, you and your colleague will work together to clean all designated areas, including stairwells, lift lobbies, lifts, pedestrian walkways, payment machine areas, entrance and exit points, welfare facilities, offices, smoking shelters, bin stations, and general car park environments. Duties will also include litter picking, emptying bins, removing debris, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the car parks before moving on to the next location.
In your new role, you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order whilst meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning areas, understand when work needs to be carried out, and become familiar with all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on site whilst following Health and Safety requirements. You will be required to successfully complete all training necessary to undertake the role.
You will work as part of a team whilst also being able to use your own initiative. You will build positive and productive working relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek opportunities to continuously improve standards and exceed expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to communicate and read basic English.
