Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and ensure they are ready for service
• Support chefs and kitchen teams with basic food preparation and other duties when required
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures
• Assist in keeping storage and work areas organised and tidy

Requirements

• Previous Kitchen Porter or back-of-house experience is essential
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
