What You'll Do (Team Leader - Education Recruitment)

• Lead, support and develop a team of education recruitment consultants
• Run your own billing desk covering long-term and short-term school recruitment
• Drive performance across the branch and team
• Build strong relationships with schools across the region
• Recruit, interview and manage a pool of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff
• Coach and mentor junior consultants to improve activity and results
• Maintain high standards of service for clients and candidates

What We're Looking For (Team Leader - Education Recruitment)

• Minimum 2 years' education recruitment experience
• Proven biller who is ready for their next step (Senior Consultant → Team Leader)
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Motivated, resilient and target-driven
• Confident using CRM systems and recruitment technology
• Someone who enjoys leading by example and developing others
