  • Maintain internal and external cleanliness, including litter picking, clearing waste, managing bin areas, and addressing fly tipping.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and fire risk requirements, always ensuring compliance with policies and safe working practices.
  • Inspect communal areas regularly, identifying, reporting, and taking initial action on maintenance issues, environmental hazards, and items left in shared spaces.
  • Use cleaning equipment and materials efficiently, reporting faults, supporting service improvements, and contributing to performance targets and standards.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who

  • Can work in accordance with Risk Assessments, Health & Safety, COSHH, and Manual Handling procedures
  • Has a basic understanding of cleaning duties, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Can work to a planned schedule and manage their workload effectively
  • Works collaboratively as part of a wider team
  • Can use IT systems/handheld devices to report and respond to jobs
  • Holds a full, UK manual driving licence
