We're looking for lively and motivated Team Members to join our on-site Slim Chickens team. You’ll be working in a buzzing, upbeat atmosphere, frying up fresh chicken and serving guests with that famous southern charm.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and answer menu questions.
• Prepare, cook, and serve chicken and sides to Slim Chickens brand specifications.
• Ensure fast and friendly service, from kitchen to counter.
• Handle payments and orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness at all times across the venue.
• Work closely with your teammates to deliver great service and delicious meals.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18+ due to health and safety regulations for operating hot kitchen equipment.
• Experience in food service, hospitality settings or customer-facing roles is great—but full training will be provided.
• Approachable, motivated, and focused on delivering great food and service.
• Proficient in handling a demanding kitchen environment.
• High attention to food quality and safety standards.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
