We are excited to be opening Berkshire Manor, a beautiful purpose-built care home, this September, and we’re looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our founding team.
Berkshire Manor will offer residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care across 72 private en-suite rooms, with state-of-the-art facilities designed to deliver exceptional care and comfort.

What do you need to succeed
- A valid NMC registration.
- A compassionate, caring, and professional approach.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.

- Experience in a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
A willingness to develop your leadership skills, along with
the determination to drive continuous improvement and uphold high compliance
standards, will be highly valued in this role.
