We are looking for a Team leader Plants to work in this fast paced and very customer focused Centre. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, approachable and have excellent people skills with a positive “can do” attitude plus a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate should be physically fit as this is a very hands on role and some heavy lifting will be involved. Forklift truck license would be an advantage although not essential as training will be given.

Experience in building or similar retail experience is preferred.

Plant knowledge a must, previous work within horticulture required.

Duties will include

Maintain plant area.

Supervising duties including key holder opening and closing store as required

Excellent customer service.

Organising team schedules and any staff issues.

Evaluating employee performance and providing training and guidance as needed.

Filling in for absent employees and assisting teams as needed to successfully complete projects.

Ensuring that employees follow company policies as well as health and safety regulations.

Ensuring a high and consistent standard of customer service.

Business compliance in accordance with Health and Safety and food safety laws and regulations.
