The Role of the

Arrangement Access Co-ordinator

You will oversee the process of access arrangements from start to end, including

* Working with staff to establish potential students to be considered

* Gathering evidence and screening to assess the need for access arrangements

* Completing the required paperwork to prepare for assessment

* Liaising with the external assessor

* Liaising with the exams officer, SENCO and Raising Standards Lead

* Oversee and coordinate the provision of access arrangements to eligible students

* Act as your setting’s main point of contact for staff and parents in relation to access arrangements

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in a highly structured administrative role, ideally within an educational or exam-based environment.

* Good level of general education (GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent).

* Up-to-date, working knowledge of JCQ (Joint Council for Qualifications) regulations, requirements, and deadlines.

* Experience acting as a primary point of contact for diverse groups (e.g., staff, parents, external visitors).
