Role Overview

The Nursery is seeking a passionate and qualified Montessori Teacher to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for creating a calm, engaging Montessori environment that supports the developmental needs of children aged 2 to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain an orderly, clean, and stimulating Montessori environment
• Observe, guide, and assess each child’s development, providing individualised learning experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain records in line with EYFS and Montessori methods
• Work collaboratively with other team members to uphold high standards of care and education

Requirements for Montessori Teacher

• Montessori qualification (Level 3)
• Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
• Experience working in a Montessori or EYFS setting
• A genuine love for working with young children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
