Key Responsibilities

M&E Maintenance

Perform PPM and reactive repairs, including lamp changes, AHU/FCU filter replacements, and basic plumbing.

Fabric Repairs

Maintain floor and wall coverings alongside general building upkeep and minor installations.

Operations

Escort and oversee third-party contractors while maintaining accurate digital maintenance logs.

Compliance

Conduct regular H&S inspections to ensure total site safety and regulatory adherence.

Requirements

Experience

Background in a high-profile corporate environment with fabric maintenance expertise.

Skills

PC literate with strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.

Safety

Solid understanding of H&S regulations, permitting, and escorting processes.
