About the Role

As a Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping children’s early experiences by

• Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Championing fully child centred practice
• Building warm, positive relationships with children and families
• Communicating openly with colleagues, parents, and children
• Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning
• Modelling kindness in every interaction

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you are

• Currently a Room Leader or an Early Years Educator, or
• Level 3 qualified in Early Years (or working towards it)
• Passionate, enthusiastic, and caring — someone who leads with kindness
• Dedicated to delivering high quality, child centred practice
• A confident communicator and a supportive team player
• Knowledgeable about safeguarding and the EYFS (or excited to learn)
