Responsibilities

* Grass cutting and lawn care

* Hedge cutting and pruning

* Weeding and general garden maintenance

* Planting and soft landscaping

* Assisting with hard landscaping projects (patios, fencing, etc.)

* Operating tools and machinery safely (mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, chippers)

* Keeping sites clean, tidy, and presentable

* Communicating professionally with clients when required

Requirements

* Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor work preferred

* Full UK driving licence (ideal but not essential)

* Good work ethic and reliability – turning up on time matters

* Ability to work as part of a team and independently

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather

* Attention to detail and pride in work
