Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing team at a metal fabrication facility in Newton Abbot. This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with full training and potential for permanent work.
Key Duties
- Operate CNC machines to produce metal components to specification.
- Carry out basic welding and fabrication of metal parts.
- Quality check finished products.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable.
- Familiarity with CNC machines or welding beneficial.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Manual handling experience advantageous.
