Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing team at a metal fabrication facility in Newton Abbot. This is an opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with full training and potential for permanent work.

Key Duties

• Operate CNC machines to produce metal components to specification.
• Carry out basic welding and fabrication of metal parts.
• Quality check finished products.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable.
• Familiarity with CNC machines or welding beneficial.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Manual handling experience advantageous.
