Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives for Howmet Aerospace in Exeter. This role offers the opportunity to join a global aerospace manufacturer working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Duties

  • Operate high-pressure washing equipment within the production process.
  • Handle and process aerospace components.
  • Maintain strict quality and safety standards at all times.
  • Work as part of a busy production team.
  • Carry out physically active tasks in an industrial environment.

Requirements

  • Enjoy hands-on, practical work.
  • Good physical stamina for a demanding role.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
  • Flexible to work rotating shifts.
  • Manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential.
