A414 QDU is a highly efficient Endoscopy and Day Case Unit.
We provide a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. The unit also manages day surgery cases, both pre-operatively and post-operatively
The Receptionist role is responsible for attending patient on arrival, making nursing staff aware if needed, checking patient details are correct, dealing with many quires face-to-face and over the phone,liasing with transport for patients plus helping patients with queries they have.
The Reception/Admin role is responsible for attending patient on arrival, making Clinical staff aware if needed, checking patient details are correct, Update if required. dealing with many enquires face-to-face and over the phone, booking appointments and any other clerical duties required within this role.
