Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a busy manufacturing site in the Honiton area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader looking for a long-term role within a fast-paced production environment, with strong opportunities for progression.

Shift Pattern & Pay

  • Night shift.
  • Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday.
  • 16:00 - 02:00.
  • £18.68 per hour.
  • Overtime paid at £28.02 per hour after 38 hours worked.

Key Duties

  • Lead, motivate, and support a production team to achieve daily targets.
  • Ensure products meet required quality and client specifications.
  • Maximise efficiency across production lines.
  • Promote and follow all health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Complete production paperwork and systems accurately.
  • Act as a role model for best practice across the site.

Requirements

  • Previous Team Leader experience within production or food manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to make confident decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
