HGV Class 1 Driver – General Haulage (Days)
Millison Chase Limited are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing general haulage and curtain-sided work across the UK.
This is PAYE direct employment with consistent ongoing work available for professional and reliable drivers.
Pay Rates
£16.00 per hour – Days (PAYE)
£20.00 per hour – Weekends
Job Details
General haulage and palletised deliveries/collections
Curtain-sided trailers
Typically 1–5 drops per shift
Occasional hub runs / trunking work
Minimal handball involved
Drivers responsible for load security and internal stepping
Ensuring all loads are safe and compliant
Start times between 05
00am – 07:30am
Long shifts available within drivers’ hours and WTD regulations
Requirements
Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Driver CPC Qualification Card
Digital Tachograph Card
Good understanding of load security and compliance
Professional and reliable attitude
