About the Role

Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for rewarding work supporting learners with additional needs? Thrive Education is expanding our team of inspiring education professionals in the Gloucester area.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working alongside teachers and support staff to help learners with Special Educational Needs "thrive" in their educational environment. This could include supporting pupils with complex needs, SEMH, ASC, ADHD, and more.

Has experience (or a strong interest) in working with pupils with additional needs

Is patient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference

Can work flexibly in a range of educational settings

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS

Can travel by car — public transport is limited in the area
