About Us
We are a local residential care provider offering high‑quality, individualised support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, Autism, and social/emotional mental health needs. Many of the young people we support have experienced early trauma, and our aim is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stable home environment.
This role provides dedicated 1‑1 support, helping young people build trust, develop life skills, and move towards greater independence. All staff receive training in developmental trauma and therapeutic approaches.
Due to the nature of the role and the needs of the young person, this position is open to female applicants only (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9).
