Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and enabling our service users to live fulfilling lives. With a variety of shifts available, including days, evenings, and weekends, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly and make a real difference in your community.

Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a similar role, such as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, as you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
