Operations Administrator

About this role

Our client in Pucklechurch is looking for a versatile operations administrator to ensure efficient running of administrative and operational tasks across sites.

Key Responsibilities

TrackTrans System Management

Site coordination; liaise with engineers to arrange deliveries & manage queries

Ensure accurate documentation preparation for invoicing

Compile weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders

Providing general administrative support to operations team, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies

Qualifications and Skills

Microsoft Office Proficient

Experienced with TrackTrans or simil.ar logistics/operations software is an advantage

Strong organisational skills & attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours - 8

00am - 4:45pm / 40 hours per week

This position is temporary with a view to permanent.
