TEAM LEADER – THE DECK RESTAURANT,

At LED, we’re passionate about helping people feel better and get more out of life and we’re looking for a confident, people-focused Team Leader to join The Deck Restaurant at Ocean, Exmouth.Set right on the seafront, The Deck offers a relaxed, welcoming dining experience and you’ll play a key role in leading the team to deliver great service every day.This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead shifts, support your team, and help keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Supervisor, coach team members on shift, and maintain high standards across service, safety and cleanliness. There will also be opportunities to step into Duty Manager responsibilities.We’re looking for someone with experience in hospitality or customer service who is confident leading or supporting a team. You’ll be organised, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a genuine passion for customer experience.

You’re confident, approachable and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in alongside your team when needed.You enjoy leading people and supporting others to succeed, setting the tone through your own attitude, energy and behaviour. You’re a strong communicator with a positive, people‑focused approach, and you genuinely care about delivering great customer service.You naturally spot what’s working well and where things could be even better, and you’re comfortable leading from the front during busy periods. While experience is always welcome, what really matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm and commitment to creating a great experience for both customers and colleagues.
