About the Role
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering exceptional Customer experiences. You will be part of a Customer Service team who are the primary point of contacts for their customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
What You’ll Be Doing

Primary Contact
Handle inbound enquiries via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism
•
Problem Resolution
Use your initiative to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions at the first point of contact
•
Records Management
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within our Service Management system
What We’re Looking For
•
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail
•
Experience
Previous experience in customer service environment is beneficial but not always essential. Full training for the role and customer expectation will be provided.

Tech Savvy
Competency in the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new digital tools quickly, training will be given on our bespoke Service Management system.
