  • Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans that address the specific learning needs of SEND students
  • Collaborate with the client's team to create individualised education plans and track student progress
  • Provide a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEND teaching methodologies and best practices
  • Maintain detailed records and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
  • Degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with SEND students in a tutoring or classroom setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
