Make a Genuine Difference in Young People's Lives

We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to support children and young people within SEN, SEMH, and alternative provision settings across Bristol.

This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people who may struggle with emotional regulation, behaviour, engagement in education, or additional learning needs.

Unlike short-term agency cover, our placements focus on consistency and relationship-building, giving staff the opportunity to make a meaningful long-term impact within schools and specialist settings.

You will help students

  • Improve engagement with learning
  • Develop positive relationships
  • Regulate emotions and behaviour
  • Access education in a safe and supportive environment

You may support students on a 1:1 basis or within small groups depending on the setting.
