We are currently recruiting Outreach Mentors to support young people across SEN, SEMH, and behavioural settings throughout Bristol.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people who require consistency, patience, and strong positive role models to help them engage with education and daily routines.
At M&M Supply we believe the right support staff can completely change a young person's experience within education. That's why we focus on placing staff into longer-term positions where relationships, trust, and consistency can be built over time.
The Role
As an Outreach Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who may present with
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs)
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Behavioural needs
- Trauma-related challenges
- Additional learning needs
You will provide both emotional and educational support within specialist schools, PRUs, alternative provisions, and outreach settings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building positive relationships with pupils
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour management
- Encouraging engagement with education and routines

Providing 1
1 and small group support
- Acting as a consistent and trusted adult role model
- Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom where required

You do not need formal teaching qualifications, but experience supporting children or young people with additional needs is highly desirable.
