About the role

We're creating a dedicated team of Support Workers to provide specialist care when our client returns home from her residential setting. She spends two days at home with her family every other week and that's where you come in.

Our client has learning disabilities, global developmental delay, and is non-verbal. She's full of personality and thrives with the right support around her. You'll never work alone every shift is double-up, meaning you'll always be alongside another Support Worker.

This is a unique opportunity to build a consistent, meaningful connection with one individual and become an important part of her home life.

When you will be working

We have both waking night shifts available on a consistent two-week rolling pattern

Potential to transition to a bi-weekly schedule of 24 contracted hours upon successful completion of the probation period.

Week 1

  • Monday & Tuesday, either

Day or Waking Nights

8am-8pm, 8pm8am (2 x 12-hour shifts)

Week 2

  • Enjoy the entire week off

This pattern repeats every two weeks, giving you consistency and a fantastic work-life balance.
