- SEN (Special Educational Needs)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- Behavioural needs
- Autism & additional learning needs
Our focus is on providing long-term support that creates stability for both schools and young people.
The Role
As a Youth Mentor / SEN Support Mentor, you'll work directly with pupils who benefit from additional emotional, behavioural, and educational support.
This may include
- 1:1 mentoring
- Classroom support
- Behaviour and emotional regulation support
- Supporting pupils within SEN or SEMH settings
- Helping young people engage positively with learning
- Building trusted relationships with pupils and staff
Every placement is different, but consistency, patience, and empathy are always key.
