  • Behavioural needs
  • Autism & additional learning needs

Our focus is on providing long-term support that creates stability for both schools and young people.

The Role

As a Youth Mentor / SEN Support Mentor, you'll work directly with pupils who benefit from additional emotional, behavioural, and educational support.

This may include

  • 1:1 mentoring
  • Classroom support
  • Behaviour and emotional regulation support
  • Supporting pupils within SEN or SEMH settings
  • Helping young people engage positively with learning
  • Building trusted relationships with pupils and staff

Every placement is different, but consistency, patience, and empathy are always key.
