Autism & additional learning needs

Our focus is on providing long-term support that creates stability for both schools and young people.

The Role

As a Youth Mentor / SEN Support Mentor, you'll work directly with pupils who benefit from additional emotional, behavioural, and educational support.

This may include

1:1 mentoring
Classroom support
Behaviour and emotional regulation support
Supporting pupils within SEN or SEMH settings
Helping young people engage positively with learning
Building trusted relationships with pupils and staff

Every placement is different, but consistency, patience, and empathy are always key.
