Production Technician

Our Senior Technicians are an integral part of the product and process development lifecycle. They work alongside the Engineering and Production teams to help in the development and continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes. Senior Technicians are typically responsible for devising and delivering test and validation projects along with manufacturing first article and prototype products.

Processes include Filament Winding, Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM), Compression Moulding, Tailored Fibre Placement, Resin Infusion, Wet Lay-up and Pre-Preg Laminating. Other regularly used equipment may include CNC machine centres, Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMM), inspection equipment, programmable ovens, injection machinery and various pressure devices.

We are looking for Senior Technicians who have a background in skilled, hands on work such as machine operators, CNC programmers, mechanics, composite laminators etc. Successful candidates should have a pro-active approach to problem solving and contribute productively to the development of exciting and innovative composite products. A qualification in in a science or technology related subject would be beneficial but not essential
