As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, training and supervising housekeepers in the hotel`s effort to deliver outstanding guest service. What will I be doing?
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Imperial Hotel, you are responsible for ensuring all Housekeeping areas of responsibility are run effectively, communicating with other departments, training housekeepers to meet the standards set by the hotel and manage stock control of cleaning products. Specially, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all hotel bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas
Ensure thorough reporting of any maintenance issues
Friendly and professional customer service when dealing with customers
Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any concerns
Understand and comply with company policy on HASAWA, fire precautions, legal requirements, and perform any other tasks that may be required from time to time.
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Ensuring the correct use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms
Manage the stock control of all cleaning products, chemicals and laundry.
Monitor lost and found property, stockrooms and trollies and designated inventories
Assisting with the development of a proactive relationship with Guest relations and ensuring that all rooms are cleaned in conjunction with guests` check-in/departures
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

Experience within a Housekeeping Supervisor role
Proven experience of supervising others
Although previous experience would be beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
