Community Activator Coach Apprenticeship

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions at our partner schools during term time and at sports camps during the school holidays.
• Ensure all activities are inclusive, engaging and tailored to varying abilities.
• Maintain a safe environment by following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
• Promote teamwork, fair play, and positive behaviour.
• Inspire the next generation through passionate, child-centred coaching.
• Always act as a positive role model for children.

We are looking for outstanding individuals who are curious, compassionate, and conscientious. With a passion for sport and working with children, you will be highly motivated by the opportunity to begin your sports coaching career with a small, caring, and ambitious company.

The successful candidate will work alongside and be mentored by an experienced sports coach.
