Due to location you must have your own transport

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley. This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundwork or a physically demanding, hands-on environment.

Key Duties

-

Operating machinery safely and efficiently.

-

Heavy lifting and manual handling duties.

-

Loading machinery with packaging materials.

-

Palletising finished goods.

-

General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

-

Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous.

Ability to work well under pressure.

-

Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks.

-

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

-

Reliable, safety-conscious, and hardworking approach.

What We Offer

Starting rate of £13.00 per hour.

Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00am-4:00pm.

40 hours per week.
