Business Development Manager – B2B | Education & Wellbeing

About this role

We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a growing organisation providing mental health and wellbeing services to the education sector, working with schools, colleges, and universities.

This is a pure B2B new business role, focused on selling to senior decision-makers including Heads of Student Services, Directors, and Principals. You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline, securing meetings, and winning new partnerships across your territory.

The role is consultative rather than transactional, requiring a professional and relationship-led approach. There is no account management or renewals, allowing you to focus entirely on new business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a new business pipeline
  • Engage senior stakeholders across the education sector
  • Deliver a consultative sales process via phone, Teams, and face-to-face meetings
  • Attend industry events and build market presence

About You

  • Proven track record in B2B new business sales
  • Confident selling to senior decision-makers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a field-based role
  • Experience in consultative sales environments preferred

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive base salary
  • Bonus of 15% on target, with up to 50% for overperformance
  • Field-based flexibility with strong team support
  • Opportunity to sell a high-impact, purpose-driven service

If you are a driven B2B salesperson who thrives on winning new business and want to join a growing, values-led organisation, we would be keen to hear from you.
