About this role
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with property
viewings and applicant registrations
Supporting the team with
sales and lettings administration
Answering incoming calls
and responding to email enquiries
Updating internal systems
and property listings
Liaising with landlords,
vendors, applicants and buyers
Supporting marketing
activity, including property details and adverts
Maintaining accurate
records in line with company procedures
Assisting with
compliance-related tasks such as ID, document checks, Anti Money
Laundering
Providing general office
support as required
Hours of Work
5 days per week, Monday - Friday (including one day at college during term time)
Salary and Benefits
Salary increase available dependent on performance
20 day holiday, plus bank holidays

Training
You will attend Exeter College one day a week (during term time) working towards either the Level 2 or Level 3 Administration apprenticeship.
Qualifications required
Full UK driving licence and
own car, would be a bonus
GCSE English and
Maths. One year completion at college/sixth form
Skills required
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills
Basic IT skills and
confidence using digital systems
Positive attitude and willingness to learn, committed to completing the apprenticeship
Ability to work as part of a team and take direction

We are looking for someone who would like to progress to become an Estate Agent.

Duration 18 months
